Westmeath Volunteer Centre reports to and is administered from Westmeath Community Development CLG, the local area partnership in Westmeath.
There is a volunteer board in place for Westmeath Community Development, made up of representatives from community and social partners. This Board manages all programmes under the remit of Westmeath Community Development, of which Westmeath Volunteer Centre is one.
The Board oversee the strategic direction of the organisation and delegate operational activities to Board substructures and the Coordinator.
Westmeath Volunteer Centre reports into the Community & Development and Youth Working Groups of Westmeath Community Development.
Westmeath Volunteer Centre is an affiliate of Volunteer Ireland.
Westmeath Volunteer Centre operates within Volunteer Irelands guidelines, in line with Departmental requirements.
